Today not good. Bad news re health of my father. Gutted. And to top it off, the lovely limestone fireplace that was delivered this morning has fallen and smashed to smithereens on the floor.
£700 that OH paid down the drain. Not going to works do tomorrow either. No money.

Oh HB that is awful. Is your fathers condition treatable? Do you have accidental cover on your home insurance that would cover the fireplace?
