Official Trying to Conceive - Thread 11

Morning ladies! I'm so excited, I got my 1st ever smiley face in my clearblue ov test today!! So excited that the clomid has worked this well in my 1st month! Now we have to catch it. We BD'd wed night & the clinic said to do it every other day from then. Is that enough or because I've had a positive ov test today should we today, tomorrow & Sunday? Really want to give it all we can now but I need your expert advice!

This means I'm going to ov tomorrow doesn't it? They're the old type of clearblue tests, 2 day window not the new 4 day ones. Would this make me 0dpo tomorrow? This is all new ground for me ladies but I'm so excited to have got this far! Xxx

I think every other day lets the sperm get up stamina to get there ... I am sure I read it on the nhs so I am trying to find it again for you x

Aw thank you, I think the temptation is to get as much there as possible but it only takes 1 good one to do the job!

Can't get over how excited I was to see my smiley face this morning!

ewcm here today. No clue if we will be able to make use of it or not, but probably. Today is my two year anniversary of living in the UK, so we are celebrating! Well, if a chippy dinner, soda, and staying up late count as celebrating anyway.

Filling out paperwork for my indefinite leave to remain tonight and this weekend. Still need DH to order bank statements from the past 12 months, but I have everything else in order. I've been planning this for 2 years, and it's definitely a huge worry that will soon be decimated! As soon as it's granted, I will never need to worry about my visa running out or having to move back to the States.

I hate paperwork, but I'm kinda itching to get started on this one. Besides, the sooner I finish it, the sooner I will get my residence permit issued.

I hope everyone else is having a beautiful day, even if it's only a bit.

MaddyWaddy I will be testing tomorrow morning. Had AF symptoms all week but she hasn't arrived. Trying not to symptom spot but it's difficult. I feel 'weird' but I don't know how much of that is in my head.

I was testing last week too maddywaddy even though i knew it was silly, by my usual cycle I should be on day 2 by now and on my days app day 1 is tomorrow as January was thrown when I had general anaesthetic, have been very tired for the last few days even though we're on holiday, have been convinced this month I am pregnant but ill test again tomorrow if af stays away, have now tried to tell myself I'm not because I know how disappointed I'll be xx

I caved. Well, husband did to be precise. I got a BFP. I'm still in shock. It wasn't a strong line but no denying it. But it's early days and I have a sharp pain in my right side tonight so I'm not gonna get too carried away yet... Will test again tomorrow!
