Still awaiting freaking AF!! These long cycles are driving me nuts. I do think I need to jump on the losing weight wagon as well, I've puffed up terrible the last 3 months!!

Going to get my bum in gear and get on the slimming world wagon as well!
Doesn't help that I'm sick at the minute either! Bleh!!!

Evening all!

Can I be updated to CD28 please! Apologies for the lack of posting, some of you might be aware that my work keeps me away at times, which is incredibly irritating as for the most part it's last minute and almost always for an indeterminate amount of time, which really doesn't help your chances of a BFP. They also have a habit of taking your phone, so I can't track any symptoms and half the time have no idea what CD I am. Yes - the job is crap. Fortunately, on this occasion, I might have just made it back from my adventures in time for ovulation, but I'm not sure, so it's a bit of a wait and see situation! My cycle is roughly 33 days long anyway, so I'm expecting AF late next week. Sadly, this may be when I've gone back on adventures (no Xmas or new year for me, boo hiss stupid job) so I've bought some sainsburys tests to take with me to prevent last months faff with looking for pregnancy test in Icelandic. Turns out it's just 'pregnancy test', they all speak remarkably good English.

Anyway, now I'm temporarily home, I've managed to catch up on this thread, so congratulations to those BFPers and you have my sympathies for all others. I've also managed to see the lovely husband, and take him to meet my mate who recently had a baby. He's never held one before, so it was an experience for him, and the baby in question was exceptionally well behaved all day. Luckily, he's hugely broody (possibly more so than me!) so it would have taken a lot to put him off.

Anyway. Ladies, if you could all keep your fingers crossed that I get to spend Xmas at home, that would be great. I'm not hopeful for a BFP this month but I'd really like to not have to go back to work till next year. X

Thanks for updating the lists kellykins.

Jo that sounds very frustrating, fx you can stay home for Xmas and be home around ov next cycle.

Do any of you girls with long/ irregular cycles use any of the apps? I have been using ovia and maybe it's because it's early days or because I've not been temping or using opks yet but it doesn't seem to take account of the symptoms I've put in so it's telling me to test even though I think I only ovd this week. I've decided to start temp charting next cycle anyway so will see whether that makes a difference.

Hope everyone's ok. Guessing it's pretty quiet round here as we all gear up for xmas :xmastree:
