Sorry to hear about BFN marmite. Not over until af remember.

Problem is OH is insistent that all we need to do is have sex and even then I tell him when we need to and he doesn't want to!

will look at preseed if I'm not successful by christmas

This month we used activ conceive gel for the first time, no idea if it made the difference but it may be worth trying!!

Interested to hear that it may have been the conceive gel that did the trick. We used this on two of the peak days this month so fingers crossed.

Marmite - sorry about the bfn, you're not out yet.

I think if your BFP is anything to go by, ThinkPink, then it must be good stuff!

Hope you're not missing us too much on the next thread ;) Hopefully some of the girls on here will be there soon!

Do you do charting and temperature taking too? If not might be a good idea to take this up for a few months so you can see roughly when your days are?

I chart at fertility friend if anyone else is over there and wants to add me :)

Thank you for your reply :) I didn't do temperature taking or charting, just had a rough idea of when OV was likely to occur and used the IC OPK around that time to confirm. After stalking this thread (never had the guts to actually join) for a year, I was lucky enough to get my BFP and now have quite a large bump in front of me.

Don't give up ladies, it took us just over a year - I'm 34 and an FTM to be! xx

How old is DS? Yea im scared about 2 for sure. *Shudder*

Being pregnant was ok. Once I got over 12 weeks. They were !!!!!!!g hard dunno how im going to do that with little lady I was asleep by 830pm :rotfl:
And the PGP was rough for me right to the end. And the sleepless nights in pregnancy :rotfl:

But oh the cute bundle of joy at the end and watching them grow. Every mile stone you turn into a blubbering wreck at this gorgeous creation you have made ... Awww can't wait :D

    Hiya,

DS is now 22 months and a real handful. he's great as he's got a real personality but wow, he can be hard work. I actually found it easier when he was newborn! :D
It's just the lack of sleep I worry about as with DS I'm not going to be able to 'sleep when they sleep' like before.
Yep - I hated the end of pg too but fortunately the birth was OK. Still doesn't mean I'm looking forward to it too much though :rotfl:
Ultimately though got to agree with you, the good definitely outweighs the bad. :)

Well I'm 13dpo and I think AF has her bags packed and is sitting in the departure lounge waiting to come and visit :D
A massive zit erupted on my neck last night, the brown discharge is a bit worse and my breasts are no longer tender: all surefire signs that AF will be arriving shortly :(
Come on Lulu and marmite - I'm relying on both of you now to get a BFP for the team!

I hate the 2ww!! I have 5 days to go til predicted cd1 and am second guessing every twinge/discharge etc. Would love so much to just get my BFP and stop having to go through this every month! :(
    Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):
    My savings: £4878.54/£7000
    Joint account savings: £2685.57/£3000
    Total:£7564.11/£10 000 (as at 26/10/14)
  • Well I'm pretty sure I missed ovulation as there is barely a second line now. At least I won't have the torture of a 2ww!

Hugs to all waiting for their bfp! x
