Not much to report here. I have been struggling with sore ankles for months and finally managed to get to the doctors who said I have achiles tendinitis which is what I expected. He prescribed ibuprofen for a month.

Didn't think much of it until I got home and consulted Dr Google which said that ibuprofen is really bad when TTC as it can prevent implantation. Could go back to the docs but not sure what else they could do, so I have decided to wait until AF arrives to be on the safe side, then start taking them. Also need to have some bloods done to check for arthritis markers as this runs in the family. Great!

As usual, desperately want to test but at 4 DPO...tut...tut...

Question for you guys, what apps if any do you use. I dont temp but I have found Ovia pretty good as you can record all sorts of info, but annoyingly you cant add the date of ovulation so I have to go back and look when I got a pos OPK each month. Any other good ones out there to try?

I have tendinopathy in my left ankle. Doctor gave me some DIY physio to do at home which did the trick. Mine is because I have flat feet with no arches so I'm putting more pressure on my feet with every movement! No ibuprofen prescribed for me as they said it wouldn't do anything!

Feeling generally poorly too. Slight sore throat, tummy ache, back ache and occasionally feeling sick - all very general symptoms!

Tried to get OH to bring TTC date forward but he's having none of it. Although we're putting off buying a house until this time next year so more time to save for a baba!

And so the symptom spotting begins! Am 7dpo and was very tired over the last few days. Woke up this morning feeling distinctly nauseated! I had pretty bad morning sickness with DD but that didn't start until about 9 weeks, so perhaps I'm reading a little too much into this!

I found Fertility Friend to be really good and that was recommended to me by some of the posters on here when I first joined. It was useful for me to keep a track of my cycles as they were irregular, and even though I didn't track OV using OPK's I sometimes monitored CM and it works out your fertile window.
