Trip Advisor - Just had my Account disabled

I have read all the posts and I can't see much wrong with any of the posts aside from going off topic. I didn't see any bullying and the woman seemed a bit of a socialite (!) but did she warrant the names you have called her in the OP?
Unless there was more it looks as if TA have over reacted.
It's all a bit bizarre. The only bullying / abusive behaviour has been from the OPHope over Fear. #VoteYes0 -

Posts will be removed automatically if a certain number of people report it although plenty of people have had plenty of posts removed and are still posting so it's not like accounts are disabled left and right over a few reports.0 -
So, are you LL?

Yep, that's me, an exiled Lancastrian.
She probably didn't warrant the name calling, but I thought it a good way of attracting a bit of attention to this thread, in order to get a few responses. It's worked!
And like I said at the start, I put a lot of effort into putting together very useful and informative stuff on TA. It's really annoying to get your efforts sabotaged by a few idiots, who not only post rubbish, habitually press the 'zap' button, but they eventually get their way by having your account disabled.0 -
Not had time to read the thread but from experience of reviews about a couple of places local to me, Tripadvisor can be stoked with company/ownership-related stooges who will post gushing, uncritical and often downright false praise, then jump on to and "bully"/report anyone who posts something honest or contrary to them, even if its still positive.
Completely devalued the site IMO.0 -

The insults you used in your opening post.
There was no bullying in any of the two TA posts you quoted.

I'm all for a bit of stealing the limelight if it adds to the discussion
Have a look at the title of the thread. What have her inane comments got to do with 'Day trips from Sousse?' She was attention seeking, and purposely throwing a spanner in, simple as that, and in no way contributing to a thread that I'd put a lot of effort into.
Have a look at posting #82 on the link I posted, referring to TA Guidlelines. It got completely ignored, which is often the case. And who ends up getting penalised?0
