Thanks for all your help RC, been following since post #1 and have so far got up to the reply on post #98. However, after 5 follow up emails I am yet to get a response to it.
Am now going to start my cisas claim, wish me luck!

I also want to echo previous posts on thanking randomcurve I am not clued up with any of this and feel it is all over my head! So really appreciate all your input and help because I dont want to do the one thing they are hoping for me to do and thats give up and admit defeat.
I am behind most of you and waiting to take my case to cisas next week will be 8 weeks in contacting EE and they are not issuing deadlock reference, had no contact from them in 9 day's (even copying in lyn).so the waiting game for me.

If the defence follows that received by Bannapilot on page 31 #617 and #618 (some paragraphs numbers may be different, but should all say roughly the same thing) then yes use the response at #688 and #689 on page 35.

If your response is significantly different - then post it here first

Good luck - but hold off until I have updated the claim.

Looks like EE have also change another term in to contract for EE customers pre oct 2012

They notified of change to 7.2.3.3 on their link

But they have also changed the wording for 7.2.4.3

Changes are the same as 7.2.3.3, but they only notified one of the terms not both in the notification.

I think that the whole of EE executive office must have perished in a plague, fire or similar..
They were never very good at responding to emails - but now, I cannot get a peep out of them - despite being told (a week ago) that someone from EO was dealing with my complaint that I copied to Olaf and would get back to me "shortly"
Anyone else had a response recently ?
  • Appears that EE are responding to emails, but ones they dont need too.
I have just had a response from the muppets telling me to seek independent advice from CICAS.
If they actually knew what they were doing, they would realise they have already had to send their defense to CICAS and an adjudicator was reviewing all of the documentation!
But got to thank them, as its another mail building a great case against how, they arent responding to their customers !

A "holding" response from Ofcom re my last email - the important thing to note for now is the deadlock issue. It is not really the right way around as EE are required to issue a deadlock reference, however there is enough to be fighting at the moment and this should have the desired result.

Thank you for this. We will consider and reply in due course.

In the meantime, further to our conversation last week, I can confirm that customers do not need a deadlock letter to proceed to ADR just evidence that the case has reached deadlock. CISAS have confirmed this.

    Regards
    Lynn
