Nothing from CISAS today with it being the deadline for EE to get their views on my claim in. I've tried calling CISAS but they are training apparently so says an automated message, it then tells me to call back later.

No idea if there is another template.

It does seem a bit unfair, especially the part where she says it raises the question of why you freely and willingly entered into a contract.

Probably a Friday afternoon "I can't be bothered to look at this properly" approach to it. I'll keep my eyes peeled for any advice RC has got regarding the Small Claims Court. I'm not letting this !!!!!!s off!
    Car Debt at 0% - 5304
    Loan at 9.5% - 3744
    Natwest Overdraft - 750
    Credit Card - 5100

    Total Debt - £14898
  • I know I asked yesterday - but I am unsure what to do next?
Should orange simply contact me now?
    Or do I contact them...?
& HOW do I contact them (if I have to)??
  • Also - do I NOW cancel my DD to orange, as they should take not a penny more from me?

You should reply to CISAS saying that you accept the decision. EE will then have upto four weeks to take the action.

No do not cancel your DD. You need to make any payments upto the point they cancel your account. They will then refund anything owed. If you cancel your DD I'm sure they will take great delight in registering late payments or even a default against you.

you need to reply to their mail, accepting their decision, if you havent already, (CISAS's).
They will notify Orange EE, in which Orange have 30 days to provide you with your Pac code, comp.

    Do Not cancel your DD.
You will be refunded with any bills payed, since CISAS have stated EE ,, (ie 25th Feb) need to backdate from.

    @ Smeghead Dave Lister:

Who was adjudicating, was full compensation awarded, was it pre or post Oct '12, and did you use RC's templates?

    Who was your adjudicator?
  • Nearly 5pm, still no emails received from CISAS regarding a defense submitted by the company. Today is the deadline for EE, if I still have nothing by 6pm today, what should I do?
