Just noticed my other half gets an extra 0.3% for being a loyal customer , we both have the same amount in the converted E-ISA to cash ISA , we both have had an account for years with Nat West , pay going in monthly , but she uses her card a little more than me I am told this is the reason for her getting this bonus and not me ( I spent more in the last 4 months ).
I can not find this in any of their terms that I have downloaded , nor any mailings or emails .
Can anyone throw any light on this or know where to find any thing about this loyalty bonus ! and who gets it or the terms.
