Sorry to the OP, but Fly, were those thread ever resolved?

No idea as far as the Tesco one goes.

For the other, that was resolved. I gave the OP advice and I think there were odd other comments giving some advice too. Their item was posted and all ended fine I think. The issue was resolved pages before the end of the thread.

lol yeah. Amazing how many different people felt the need to reply on that thread (while claiming to have read it despite having no understanding of what is going on lol). Not sure what the record is for most amount of people commenting on a thread but surely that has to be in the top 10 :p

To be fair, out of the 711 pages I read, you had replied on 816 of them ;). But I had disagreed on 815!

In the end Skitler decided I was working for the OP. Still wishing that were the case, I'd be rich by now after all them replies lol.

Hmmm - I don't think this is good...

If the buyer is posting justified bad feedback then it should stand, especially if the seller's goods don't arrive or turn out to be faulty or fake, they ask for more money than the winning bid (I've never heard of that before!).

Who cares how many items the buyer buys? There's no limit on the number of ebay purchases is there? And it's nobody's business whether they are buying the items to sell on or whatever else is their choice.
  • Rather depends on whether you are one of the 139 sellers who were "negged" (sic) by the OP over the last year - a significant % of their purchases.

Frankly, I still want to know the OP's eBay username to add to my ever increasing BBL so that I do not have to decide if their neg was "good"....

It depends upon whether the feedback was justified.

The OP says they buy 10+ items a day, which is something like 3000 a year, so 139 is about 5%. That is a little high, but if people are doing what is said (demanding more money, not delivering, faulty, fakes), then it is justified.

We can't possibly know if it is all justified, but if it is then that suggests OP needs to change the way they buy on ebay as they are seemingly buying from bad sellers. They'd have to be very unlucky otherwise to have so many problems.

Yes - I guess unscrupulous sellers see ebay as a means of selling knock-off designer goods.
