Unless allready well priced to sell or things are moving £270 is in that region that screams make offers of £250k
Not in that area! The house might be slightly overpriced but only slightly. I'd expect them to get somewhere near 260 quite easily0 -
look at what has sold in the last year.postcode+
big gap between 250 and 270 with few inbetween0 -
Well if they would take 250 I could send them a buyer!0

I don't think that you'll have any trouble selling your house, you'll probably find buyers that will bite your hand off for that location. It's a classic 2nd-time-buyer house and it is nicely presented. It is in a nice road and a popular area as I'm sure you found when you bought it.
Everything is clean and tidy and I like the garden, it's hard to make those long, narrow gardens look interesting but yours has potential.
Good luck with the sale, let us know how it goes!"I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -

For those posters who want the dimensions of the rooms these are available from the brochure referred to on the sale particulars. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

I think the house looks well presented - and looks pretty light, which is good.
Hope you find the buyer you want, soon. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
