There can be a thin line between opinion and slander/liable as a few journalists have found in the last few years...

the law changed at the end of last year - Claimants will have to show they have suffered "serious harm" before suing, under the Defamation Act 2013.
making it harder to sucessfully sue

James Dyer https://www.facebook.com/groups/558037230950064/ I see you are a member of this group Kate ? You are asking for votes on another competition and also asking for people to click your referral links to other competitions so this also makes you a cheat , quite hypocritical you complaing that someone is asking for votes yet you are doing the same said thing.0PnClccPFXs.pngReferral Competitions

Under the 3rd post by the company, seems they had a bee in their bonnet at Edita being caught out x

  • I was just going to post the same as Pinky. If you look on the shop 4 furniture facebook page you will see that a well known cheat was disqualified from winning a laptop. He has popped up with a newly opened account supporting her and trying to discredit the person who is in 2nd place and should have been the real winner.
To me it is just a load of sour grapes on their behalf and is sadly what happens regularly in voting competitions once cheats get wind of it. I also suspect that he is really a fake account made by the cheat who was disqualified as this is not the first time she has stooped to such low methods in voting competitions.

and I was just going to say the same...

Also funny that for someone planning to publish an article via FB that the James account was only opened on 23 Jan - when a cheater was identified as trying to win the comp posted above...

Does that mean he is linked with her... Who knows, but seems a heck of a coincidence for him to start trying to get others DQ'd when she is kicked off as winner...
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx

The actions of James Dyer are really rather sad but entrants to that competition were free to do whatever they wanted to get likes for their entry, T&C's only required that entrants were from the UK.
