The question was it the same solicitor?
I'm confused. That's the question someone else asked you. Sock puppet?0 -
Lord B, isn't pointing out the 'ifs' when a poster has posed the original question precisely what this forum is for?
We all welcome unbiased opinion; the majority of posts here focus only on the negative.Too right mate.
Who gives a stuff about their mother when there's cash to be made.
The rest of the losers on this thread should get a grip. This is Thatcher's Britain after all
That's a pretty insulting and rude comment to the OP don't you think?Mornië utulië0 -

Doesn't make them invalid. I think the OP is fully aware of the potential gains from this deal.0 -
Just something I was mulling over today. Now, if you purchase a "right to buy" property and sell it within the first 10 years you need to first offer it to the old landlord or another social landlord in the same area. Does that still apply if you transfer ownership in the first 10 years, or if you die in the first 10 years? I have no idea.0

Money saving expert doesn't say who it intends to save money.
Whilst people come for the advice for themselves, they might stay for the advice for society.0 -

People who come for advice for themselves, might not stay for the unsolicited advice for society that you so selflessly preach.
They simply might not share your values and just want financial advice from a source that purports to be for Money Saving Experts. I know this means they are missing out on all the wondrousness and sheer beauty of your moralising but there you go.
My inclination is to provide assistance if I can and to leave decisions of conscience to the recipient; you prefer to 'save their soul' so good luck with that :rotfl:.Mornië utulië0 -
Don't underestimate the power of the crowd lord Baltimore!
They have made me see the light, and I am cleansed from any wrong doings or future sin!
How very much dare anyone try to do something the experts do not agree with!!
I find some of the comments and abuse on here quite laughable, I am enjoying this experience more than I imagined- people are really passionate about their beliefs.0
