Well not much of what I said seems to have gone in Tiddles head.. she is quite slow on everything so I'll give her a bit longer and keep battling my point into her head.. Bossy it is impossible to speak to him he just starts screaming and shouting and then starts breaking things in the house like vacuum cleaners and punching walls and stuff.. not very constructive!

Kaz.. it is the telling them to lie to me I have issue with more than anything.. so very wrong on so many levels!!!

My infected finger is all oozy this morning so hopefully that is on the mend.. if not it isn't going to like the bleaching of the kitchen it is getting tomorrow!!

My aim today is to strip the bed and get nice clean sheets on and to fill a bag for charity shop!

ETA.. sorry I had to dash off to do other things..

Bossy you and the little moos are in my thoughts today.. much love xxxx

Dot just stripped herself off and promptly pooped on the kitchen floor lol..

Apparently Squeaks bed needs changing too..

Morning ladies. I'm feeling very Meh. Teenage boys is all I will say.

I did an epic ironing marathon yesterday.

DH has taken the kids to school on his way to working in Cambr1dge. He's not very patient with me and thinks I should get on with it. I know he's right but I'm struggling.

I need to take a packed lunch into school for DS3 and get ready for work. I need to do a food shop. I'm tempted to try Mr L but it's a 20 mile round trip and time is short.

The littlies have swimming after school. They have both gone up a group but lessons are at 4 and 4.30 rather than being at the same time.

    Bossy - Hugs.

Pigpen, your KH is a rat. You dealt with the children's upset briliiantly, but it won't all sink in at once. Just love them as you always do, and as they grow up and understand the situation better, they'll quickly realise that a home full of love is better than one full of empty promises.

    Lovely news about baby Poppy!

Bossy, big hugs to you and the little Moos today.

I've had a late start - unintentionally I dozed on the sofa yesterday evening while DH was out, and so of course I woke right up when he came home and couldn't get off to sleep again at 10.30. Instead I started ancestor hunting again, having just joined a well-known family history site for a special offer of just £20 for 4 months :money: and I found a will which finally makes the links that I have long suspected were there: it even includes full names, addresses and details like "son of", and the dates and places all fit. I am a very happy bunny :j Finally got to bed at 2:45 and slept through until 8:45, so I now have no excuse for not keeping going all day!

    Kitchen and bathroom s&s'd
    Bed made
    Washing sorted
    WMx1 started, x2 ready
    Email checked

Things to be done, in order of priority:
[STRIKE]- check bank account[/STRIKE]done, and better than I thought :)
    - finish stitching Golden Wedding card, ready to post tomorrow: DH has set up a magnifying daylight lamp for me :A
    - set up new composter and empty kitchen compost bin into it before it gets smelly
    - pot up begonia tubers and irises
    - prioritise paperwork and take appropriate action!
Don't know how far I'll get today...

Mr Sparky finished here yesterday, so DH is filling and repainting bits of the garage walls, then he can get his carpet down and move in all his old but useable shelving units. We shall have to take a trip to 1ke@ tomorrow or Friday for him to get the new storage units and shelves he needs for all his models and related [STRIKE]junk[/STRIKE] treasures , then I shall finally get the spare bedroom back and can turn my attentions to tidying up and decorating the utility - we will hopefully have everything finished by Easter apart from the garden :D

(((Hugs))), GWS wishes, sticks and spoons to anyone who needs them. Let's ignore the **** weather as far as possible and think about nice things instead.
