Ebay no-longer let you see any strikes / policy violations. But trust me - you got a strike.

You can't see strikes, but you can see cases closed without seller resolution dashboard strikes. It's in your 'trending data'.

I had not seen that. Thats handy to know - now that policy compliance details have been hidden.

I recently had to open my first case for an INR
Seller responded two days later that I had to wait for him to claim from the royal mail first
A miffed response sent back and I expect to have to escalate as he clearly has no clue despite having made thousands of ebay sales

I had a buyer demand to know where his effing item was 3 days after buying. I had a 3 day dispatch and he chose 2nd class. When i pointed this out - he left a neg immediately and said when it arrived he was sending it back.

So i marked as dispatched and sat back. 2 weeks later hes opened a case for INR. I now have about another week to respond. Very nice of the arrogant so and so to loan me his money for 3 weeks.

Some people on Ebay have not got a clue and think they can make up their own rules.

Can't find 'trending data' anywhere - can you provide a path to it?

I have my seller dashboard, but no link to an expanded one, nor anything explicitly marked trending data - am I missing something?

The first post or so in this thread tells you where to find it, all sellers should be making a habit of checking their expanded dashboard at least weekly
