    @Redx you beat me to it - but Lainiees case isn't over - the CCJ default has been overturned but she has still got to go to another hearing and counterclaim.

    and I hope it goes all the way, gives PE a bloody nose and costs them money in compensation and costs as well

    The way to beat these "statements" is to have both parties brought to court for questioning.
    Might cost you a bit of expenses if it goes belly up.
    But given they are false perjured documents, you can bet they wont take the chance of swearing to them on oath or at very least issuing affidavit.
    There is more than enough evidence to prove perjury IMO.

    What I can not understand is why were Districts have pulled them they have allowed it to go, they should have had them in the courtroom faster than Tom Micky.

    The trouble is if you take the risk and you loose then its the defendant who ends up paying up, most dont want to take the risk,you will of course get the odd one that has the money to do so
