A council has just had hundreds of tickets thrown out issued by a contractor using ANPR.
The judge ruled VCS is the absolute minimum standard for this and any other court.
I have been barking on about this for months, the reason is where a motorists makes no statement they were on the site it kills the evidence stone dead.
It now just needs pushing up the defence evidence.
what is good for the goose.
Hey hey those pesky vendettas..
I think it might make News mondayMy very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
I wonder what prompted that LPC guy to make that remark? Did he do it off his on bat, or was he instructed by Chorley Towers? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Are they trying to start a vendetta against the forum?0

Lets all laugh at Parking Eye, they have informed a district judge in a small claim that there is a vendetta against them, their LPC solicitor was having a moan about us nasty forums having it in for them.
What a huge laugh this is, I wonder if Rachel @ Parking Eye will read this, if so, here just for you Rachel
LOL
I would say they are well versed, however I wonder what lpc actually think of peProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0 -

Probably the same as us, they're not stupid they realise that this is scam, they just collect their £200 or so and they also laugh all the way to the bankWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

You cant blame them, all we need is someone with very deep pockets to hire lpc to defend all parking eye cases lol

VCA certification is only relevant to enforcement under the auspices of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all that VCA certification actually does is to enable evidence to be supplied without the need to produce proof - in every case - that the system used to obtain the stills/video complies with the standards. Is there a link that would enable us to see what the judge had to say? Sadly it doesn't apply to private car parking enforcement at the moment.0

This may well be just forum speculation, though. Surely PE's technology would not satisfy the standards needed for the CC, which would need to be far more rigorous. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

PE is a vexatious litigant and systemic perjurer, courts and judges should be made fully aware of it.0
