    I think the stalking is the wrong word to use, Harrasment is the legal jibe, and as it is, in following you (even breifly) off the train, whilst showing an aggressive attitude against you, in law it is known as harrassment. It is a fair judgement that he has probably done this kind of thing before and at least once been reported for it, so it must be on record with his superiors, chances are, your reporting of it, will certainly ensure he cannot do it again, at least with their company. Its a shame you didnt have the girls address, or the gentleman's, I am sure would be more than happy to act as your witness, witnesses can prove vital should the matter be handled in a court.

    You are completely incorrect. For harrasment there has to be a course of conduct, i.e twice (but not consecutively i.e once at 10:30am and 10:31am).

    Therefore he didnt cause arrestable harrasment. In any event he would have to harrass the same person twice.

    If you are right then please provide a link otherwise goto bed.
