  • A large bag of dogfood arrived from Feedem so damaged that I dare not give it to my dog. The outer packing looked OK so I didn't open it for four days. I then emailed Feedem, got no reply, finally contacted them via their website & they very rudely told me as I hadn't reported it within 24 hours I could get lost.
As they claimed never to have got the email I did send no doubt they would have got out of it that way.
Greedy company with appalling customer service - AVOID!
  • That's pretty poor. They forget that you are covered by the distance selling act but might try to argue that you damaged it...

You should go with the one which helps you the most to cover your pet. Actually it is all about your budget rate and required pet insurance cover...
    :)
  • I would also suggest site like:

    o2cats.com
    cozycatfurniture.com
    acecatfurniture.com

Those are the biggest in their market, targeting mostly US customers. Hope that I was useful for those who are looking for this kind of products online. ;)
    Best luck to all.

Sorry, but could not post links, is someone can make them live links. Anyway, I mentioned the main point. ;)
  • I always order my pet supplies from www.bitsforpets.com
  • Have a look at thepetmedicinecompany.co.uk
They sell lots of different treatments at good prices! I often use them for my supplies, their reliable and worth checking out their website!

Can anyone recommend a site that:

-Ships to Europe (ideally not for an arm and a leg), or
-Has cheap/free shipping and low prices?

Specifically looking for bird/parrot supplies. Thanks!
  • Pechow - try zooplus
they have online shop in UK and in other countries
prices great for cat and guinea pig things so I can assume parrot stuff is good as well.....
have you also tried pet supermarket??

I use MedicAnimal for a lot of my pet supplies.
    Free delivery on all orders
    - Also £5 referral credit for each friend you refer that places an order

I have also found animeddirect to be cheap too which also offers free delivery on all orders. I have not used this site.

I have ordered from Zooplus recently so still awaiting my order but have heard a lot of good reviews. Zooplus offers Free delivery on orders over £19

I would not recommend pet supermarket unless you are prepared to wait up to 2 weeks for your order, they are very slow at dispatching orders.
A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.
  • We just got some cool pet travel supplies for Sammy (our dog) from Have Dog Will Travel based online from Crieff, Perthshire (Scotland) - great service and will def use them again :O)
