Can vouch for https://www.sphsupplies.co.uk - I once placed an order for a number if items, including several first aid/emergency care items. A couple of my 'normal' items were out of stock, but they actually phoned me to offer to send the medical items as a priority in case I needed them urgently to treat a sick animal. I thought that was excellent customer service - it was very obvious from the person who phoned they were concerned and didn't want a poorly animal to suffer. Fortunately I was merely stocking up my supplies!
I would also recommend https://www.thehayexperts.co.uk for small animal supplies. They've always been efficient and helpful and delivery is pretty quick, even for heavy/bulky items.0 -

I haven't read the whole thread - so apologies if this has been posted - but I have used petdrugsonline for over a year now and would recommend.
My Mum had an overweight labrador. The vet recommended Royal Canin Obesity dry food. I have been buying this ever since from petdrugsonline. It 'seems' the cheapest I can find it - although admittedly I have not researched prices on other web sites much lately. It has recently got more expensive so I may scout about. But their customer service and deliver is pretty good. We order the 14kg bags and it is normally delivered 2 days after order. It is about £50 (incld 'free' delivery) if memory serves. Would be interested to know if anywhere does it any cheaper.0
