At least someone made a good living out of them. The adjudicator got a top job...As they were gamblers he cashed in on their gambling , ha ha .lol .tw............ts

Thanks god ,Mr Jenkins had a better Judgement than a few scruffy ,and cunning individuals ,who lie around in wait to rob, and exploit .

And the other lot who are lower level waiting to admire them .

This sounds an awful lot like gambling to me:

No doubt you'll explain why borrowing money to gamble on shares isn't really gambling.....

Does you'r bank credit you'r account with 20k, if the amount you have there is only 10k? why are brokers forward 30k to a customer who only had 10k worth of shares on the portfolio ? I thought the only peoples who were allowed to lend money was banks ,and only after a good credit check .So why brokers,or this broker was different ?.QUOTE FROM DAVID A. ADJUDICATOR. TO BARCLAY'S STOCKBROKER . You tould this service in November 2012 ,the ATI was not a credit facility , but judging on the information I have ,it looks like is based on some form of credit check .Can you also confirm if this is possible, as this sketch is self explanatory .Today he seats at Barclay's wealth on a Senior job ...laughable ,,,

Actually, it does. I have at least one credit card with a £20K credit limit on it. I'm sure that there's another one lying in the back of a drawer somewhere with another £10K-15K limit on it. Funny that, isn't it? A credit line has been extended and I am strangely NOT compelled to blow it buying shares, holidays or coke'n'hookers
Now, lets assume that I did. And then started blaming the bank, the Ombudsman, society, in fact everyone but me....just how much sympathy would I get?

Lets face it- you signed up to something that you had little or no understanding of. Then spent an extended period of time gambling with a line of credit that you seemingly never expected to have to pay back. Who's fault is it?

Are you really saying that you are that financially naive?

Difficult to believe he could be... however having reached page 14 my vote by now is for plain trolling.

Credit cards are to use, and are given to you on a credit check ,so you agree with David Atkins IT LOOKS LIKE IS GIVEN ON A CREDIT CHECK ,with one problem if you miss a payment it ends, secondly ,the credit is made up of cash as well as credit ,third they paid for it, hence losing 45k ,as she started with 10k they credited she bought she paid .But Barclay's could have lost they could had lost the money as it was not in line with FCA rules ,and according to David Atkins ,HIS WORDS ,THIS CREDIT WAS PUT THERE JUST FOR THE FEES ,IF YOU WERE TO LOSE IT ,THEY WOULD HAVE MOST TO LOSE THAN YOU .After 3 40 pounds plus interests .
    .

This was Mrs Freitas, I dont know what went on with Mr Prinzi ,but we are not here discussing what had been done ,or how it was done .Money comes and goes they got their money back ,what ,and how this started ,and what you DON't want to accept ,is the adjudicator was corrupted ,this is what hurts you lot .
But it was true, and why ? NOT TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK TO OTHERS ,SIMPLE .Who corrupted him? the BROKER .

Im sure is not going to last long on his throne ,as the Barclay's BOD are aware how he got the job, so a bit of lucky he will be part of the sad 30.000 jobs going ,next Year .
