But one of them had hold a share certificate account for 4 Years ,and never lost any money with it , why move her into something else she clearly told them SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND ?......

There is the problem, Luz, and the reason for the lack of any sympathy.

It reads like "I don't understand this. I am worried by it. I feel like I shouldn't touch this facility all."

But then, "Let's give it a whirl!"

And, "We've lost a lot of money. Let's do it some more!"

If this couple lost everything gambling on shares, how can they afford a computer and an internet connection?

Is "Luz" Gianpaolo Prinzi and "broke4good" his partner Fernanda Freitas? Or is it vice-versa?

    Toto ,

Just an update ,mrs Freitas lost 45k on the market master ,she then lost another 50k on the shares she had on a certeficate account ,has she had to sell them at a loss to get buy, as she needed money , as those shares were from banks like Halifax , that become Loyds ,she sold them to get buy and that was the other loss . If the crooks would let her carry on with that account ,and not bother to lead her into something she never asked for,she would had those shares maybe on a loss yes ,but one day who knows .....
now do you want to know how she lost 45k from 10k ,simple she bought 10k of Loyds ,then the day after the broker credit another 10k on her platform, and she bought more Loyds on a lower price ,without selling the first ones ,then on day 6 the broker ,credit another 10 k become 30k ,and so on.,This was what the ATI was doing to customers ,, sure you know about it .

If their trading was as haphazard and incomprehensible as your written descriptions of the longs and the shorts of it, then nothing about the poorness of the outcome is surprising.

    Really?
This sounds an awful lot like gambling to me:

No doubt you'll explain why borrowing money to gamble on shares isn't really gambling.....
