That is more likely to be a result of less offers and discounts given to phone staff. I don't know any company who will give you a Retentions deal in store. I would assume the stores can match the renewal teams not the Retention teams. After all you don't cancel in a store why would they have deals in place to stop you cancelling?What's interesting is that in previous years that has certainly been the case; the web teams tend to have different things (at least for TMobile) but this year the stores and web teams are offering the same things. I guess that might be due to them trying to move everyone to EE contracts?0 -
Just to update - all is good. The phone arrived safely today.
Payment taken was for the right amount, everything that should have been with it was included in the package. Very pleased with the outcome - thanks for giving me the oomph to go ahead with this company Steve Henshaw
