    Hi all.

    Have two uu

Avon Naturals Cranberry & Cinnamon shower gel 400ml, WBA, this was used as bubble bath for the kids and once or twice as shower gel, it did both jobs well and smelt good, although not particularly of cinnamon.

Naked Shine Glossing Treatment - 400ml - this really did make my hair shiny and very soft - albeit a bit too soft now I have let the curls takeover. This was from Poundland and I WBA at that price for sure.

Should have some more uu this week as I too have been cutting open tubes.

Painted my nails last night with Nails Inc Porchester Sq, then promptly split one straight down the middle this morning, the split has gone quite a way down and is a mess now.:(

    I have more "inherited" INs.

I then pulled out a Jelly Belly gift set that Emma has had for ages. She wanted me to throw it away however just can't bring myself to. It contained 3 x 60ml pots of bath salts, body scrub and body butter plus a small tube of bubble bath. I have kept the bubble bath and body scrub to use however don't like bath salts at all and the body butter was opened and smelt bad so they have gone in the bin. Am gonna go have a soak in the bath now with the bubble bath and use it all up to get rid.

Have taken a 35ml bottle of Elemis Frangipani Monoi Melt Oil out of my stash to use next along with the tube of Gok Wan shower gel that was also lurking under the basin that Emma insists is mine but I don't think it is as I have another in my drawer.

Lastly, I watched an hour of QVC this morning and saw the Laura Geller TSV. Was getting that tingling feeling where I was considering jumping to the phone to order especially when I saw the three Easy pays. The rest of the items in the kit still didn't inspire me and I prefer Champagne Spackle so my resolve is strong for now.

Well done VALM on not buying the TSV, don't give in later on.

Remind me never to buy Jelly Belly products. OMG, awful does not begin to describe them. I chucked all the Cherry bubble bath into my bath and ended up with sticky skin! It was a funny jelly like texture (guess the clue was in the title). I then had to have a shower to wash off the stickiness. Opened the body scrub to find that this was also a jelly texture. Ended up throwing this away. Not a winner.

Then this morning I didn't warm my Frangipani oil enough. UUed a sachet of L'Occitane Milk Concentrate which was lovely and I would buy again.

Was still very good and did not buy the TSV.

Did buy the bottle of OPI Scores a Goal though from JL. Did get the price match price and am very happy with the colour. It was the last bottle on the shelf as well. Bought Emma the Tender is the Night massage bar from Lush too.

Two more UU to report today:

Laura Mercier Almond Coconut Milk Souffle Body Crème - Might buy this again. It moisturises well and the scent is long lasting to the point that I usually didn't add perfume on top (apart from the matching one from the same range sometimes). However, I think the fragrance might be too sweet and sickly in summer.

    .

I got Emma some of these for Christmas and they do smell fabulous. Was trying to obtain one of them from her the other day but she insists that she likes them all.

  • Would anybody like a Model's Own nail varnish. Used once on clean nails at the weekend. It's this one in Utopia:

Looks nude in the bottle and is, but is also slightly lilacy. Message me and I'll pop it in the post. :)

  • One UU - Clinique All About Eyes

    And some INs
Cotton Wool Rounds - needed as almost out
Neutrogena Pore and Shine Daily Wash - needed as had to bin other face wash, was having a bad reaction to it.
S&G Puffy Eye Attack - needed as finished Clinique eye cream and no more in stash
6 x Venus and Olay Sugarberry Scent Blades - needed as down to last blade.
  • 1 UU; a Montagne Jeunesse face mask sachet. I got a pack of 5 for xmas. Is it bad that the only reason I used it was because I wanted to remove stuff off my list?! I'll probably work my way through the other four eventually, but I find these to be a bit harsh for my skin. WNBA.
    No more goo hoarding!

2 ins that I don't actually need to declare for the purpose of the challenge

    1. Gillette satin care shave gel (I don't hoard this and I have one in use so have bought my next one for when it's done)

    2. Live Xtreme colours violet kick non-permanent hair dye. I'm a wimp at doing hair stuff myself as my hair is my 'crowning glory' I've used this before but only used a partial bottle, I want to see what it looks like with the whole bottle this time lol. And it's a kind of compromise as I had money put by to get a cut and colour at the (expensive) hairdressers but as I may be getting married soon I'm gonna keep my hair the way it is for now (bar this dye which washes out in about 2 weeks max anyway)

  • 1 experimental IN to report = Dove Compressed Deodorant - this was only £1 from Sainsbury's and it looked cute and diddy and I haven't tried compressed deodorants yet :)
