Well if you are not willing enough or entrepreneuurial enough to raise your own finances, and if you did not have foresight enough to save your money from the last time, then the answer is that you won't be able to take advantage of this business opportunity this time around.

Best that you can do is to think ahead in future, and make sure that you don't find yourself in this situation again.

.. As I said before my parents were going to give it to me, but circumstances changed. And I'm studying in a foreign country.. Easier said than done to raise money here. Also, where there's a will there's a way, and I'll find it
