Unfortunately your period of appeal has expired as explained on the back of your Contractual Parking Charge Notice.
You now have a number of options from which to choose:
1. Pay the Parking Charge Notice. Etc.
2. If you choose to do nothing, we will seek to recover the monies owed to us via our debt recovery procedures and may proceed with Court action against you.
Seems that they've totally ignored everything in my letter.
What should I do now?
Just get a cardboard box ready to collect all the junk mail, as shown/linked & discussed in the 'debt collectors' post #4 of the 'NEWBIES - READ THIS FIRST' thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just had my first letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd demanding payment of £150.00, wonderful thing that inflation.
Am I safe to ignore this or should I reply to them?

Seriously don't let scummy fake letters from DR+ put you off they are just dregs of the earth and eventually give up.0 -

You have two choices :
1. Ignore DRP
2. Write back to them saying the debt is denied and to return it to their client.
If you're after the easy life and can ignore pathetic begging letters then go for option one. If you're an awkward, argumentative !!!!!! like me go for option two"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -

I can be either 1. or 2. depending on what day it is
Good advice either way, for which I am grateful to all of you.
