    Also buy it when the when you know it is likely to be dry. Coal merchants love this wet weather, they are quite happy bringing you an additional % of water instead of fuel.

    just looking at MB's aw parker site link. Certainly works out a lot cheaper buying it by the tonne. newflame (essentially blaze) works out at 6.90 per bag then. thats a saving of over £2 per bag in my area. no saving for me on anthractite or phurnacite or homefire
    Even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. We are indeed drifting into the arena of the unwell.
