Look at the time. Sorry Islandman, I didn't see the last post reply. I hope you are feeling better now, and that the lurgy has gone.
CPW had to replace the charger point, rejig (technical term for :huh:)
the software, replace all the screws and put a new battery in. Even the man instore was surprised and knew about the tablet. I asked about the warranty but as we had only had it for a month it still has 23 months to run. It was all under warranty, so I can't complain and it's no suprise it took longer than the suggested two weeks to come back.

Thanks for concern over my man flu which developed into the cough of the century which in turn led to an emergency appt with gp. But I have survived.
As for your tablet. I am so pleased it is back with no issues. One tends to take these things for granted, but I'm never totally happy until it's back in my hands and seen to be working as it should be.
It has to be said I spend a lot of daytime surfing then tv at night, but now with a tablet and it's easy to get going facility, I have a last surf in bed before lights out, then if I wake earlish, I use it again. So I'm getting my money's worth.
