I'm nearly 39 and already I'm stiff and sore and my flexibility it rubbish. Want to feel in harmony with my body. Right now my body feels like a clumsy, dim cousin who came to stay one weekend and just moved in. We're related but are completely alien to each other.

    Next!

Just reading back over the thread at all the bits I've missed. Love this one Skinty, is soooo describes me too. I will be 42 this year and am so stiff and lacking in flexibility too. This morning my back felt stiff with me just putting my socks on.

That's it, time for me to get back into doing my Yoga on a daily basis (as opposed to the twice a year I currently do!!). Thanks for the inspirations, I will keep you posted how I get on.

Hope you're ok skinty, not "seen" you in ages.

I'm away on my holibobs tomorrow so won't be back for 2 weeks at least. I will catch up on everything when I get back.

  • Hi Lovely Divas xxxxxxxxx

huge apologies for the long silence, I'm still around and have missed you lovely big-haired people xxxxxxx
Im afraid things have been quite rough here - so many people I love seem to have been really ill including my dad, brother, nephew and my niece is currently in hospital, she has been so poorly. Im hoping today she has turned a corner so will let you know. She is undoubtedly my all time shero -there is one Diva, I tell thee!

Tell you what - nothing like times like these to put everything in perspective eh? Although I think so many people on this forum are excellent at doing that - important priorities do seem to come first here!

Sorry for this post to be such a downer - will hopefully pop back in soon with better news!

Sending loads of love and gallons of emergency hairspray,

  • Hey missus. Good to hear from you again. These threads don't sparkle quite so brightly without queen diva. You sound like you've had and are having a time of it. Just focus on the important bit right now, we'll be here when you can spare the time or if you need to offload. Best wishes to all the family for recovery. Take care not to burn yourself out. Xx
