Call From US not Registering
Comments
-
Hi All,
I'm with 02 and I'm trying to get a call from the USA, however it's not registering on my phone. They seem to need to put 01144 before my number and can't use just +44, is there anyway around this issue?
I'm confused about what the problem is - if the caller is using a landline to call from the USA, then surely they need to put 01144 before the number?

Can you please tell us what number the caller is dialling, omitting the last 6 digits?0

From the US they'd usually dial 01144 followed by your mobile number excluding the leading zero
eg 011447890123456
