Sorry, yes we have been sending emails back and forth for weeks now. She is adamant i am not getting a refund and she is holding credit on my account for me..... HOW KIND! She never notified me of this until I chased up the refund. I have had to send her a copy of invoice sent from the courier to which she replied it was back on the 30th so too late for a refund....0

It was definately returned as sent. Once our children are settled in bed a letter is being drafted. Thank you once again to all of you.
Keep the thread up to date. If you send a written letter, send it Recorded. I’d e-mail a copy also.
My wife operates her business primarily through Facebook at the minute (3,000 likes, 4,000 reached, 700 engaged in the past week!) and you wouldn’t believe what kind of ‘secret’ small business user groups there are (which suppliers to avoid, who is re-selling, etc). Word can spread quickly from group to group.
This one has 52,000 and is a business so should be operating more professionally.0 -

Trying to do work and type at the same time…3 months was what I meant haha!
Refund needs to be made within 30 days so she’d need to send it this week.
As for websites not counting as durable…didn’t know that myself! How come it doesn’t?0 -

However you can show you have sent your "cancellation" and on which date (and it is the date of posting that is taken as date of notification). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

Because it cant be personally addressed and can be edited.
Links to websites that have been sent via email dont count for regulation 8 either in two ways. First, the above and secondly because you need to take action to obtain the information and regulation 8 (as clarified in an ECJ) requires that the information be sent to the consumer with no action on his part required. You keep using that word. Ta
.... because they can change it every 5 minutes if they so choose, so how would you ever be able to prove which version of their T&Cs you agreed to when you purchased an item.
Cached copies would be obtainable. Depends how much you would want to push.0 -
