Hi All, added/updated to here
Lovelife79- I am unsure of your number, is it 7 that you are aiming for?
Hippo1609- Welcome to MSEI'm really glad that you decided to join us
Soworried- that quiche looks lovely! I'll be attempting my 1st quiche using your recipe next week!
So, are we all ready for the week ahead? I have everything ready, apart from my motivation, it seems to have gone AWOL0 -

Oh sorry! Yes 7 days
Thanks for this0 -
All set for tomorrow...
Butternut squash, hummus, veg sticks, bread sticks, tangerine and an apple.
The soup was supposed to last three days but it was so nice that we ate the rest of it for lunch so I need to sort myself something else out from Tuesday onwards.0 -
I'm in again please - target 20 days. I have several days' leave lined up and a business trip to London, but I get fed in London apparently, and for the leave I'll just eat at home what I would have taken to work, or something else from stores.
I spent the afternoon making chicken curry - the chicken bits were half price - so several portions will be going in the freezer when it's cooled down, and one put by for tomorrow. One tip I picked up when looking for a recipe - the outside leaves of cauliflower can be used as a vegetable, so my curry also had some of that in from last night's cauli. The green bits make it look really special! I also picked up some cold sliced meat cut-price so that's a couple of days sandwiches sorted.Unfortunately I've been diagnosed as having brain cancer and am currently undergoing treatment. More details as I get them...0
