    Hello Lee,

As i suspected, it's nothing to do directly with Vodafone. CPW are the ones that were taking the mick.... er ..direct debit, and blaming vodafone for the insurance policy. Ironically, as i have stopped the DD, i have received a letter from CPW saying they were sorry i cancelled the DD, and if i want to re instate the insurance, just let em know. they were trying to pass the buck. Thanks for your reply.

Well, at least Lee could possibly help you to establish when you changed your 750i to another handset. With this you could claim the full refund from CPW from that date.

  • Lee,
Thanks once again for your help in relation to CPW, they obviously knew the policy was either mis-sold or as I suspected the 3 month free trial they extended, as they have now decided they can find the phones and accounts to 2003!!, but cannot find my signed document? However, a positive outcome.. they have / are reimbursing me the full amount from 2003....result.

Much appreciated again for your work and assistance in this matter, Vodafone are lucky to have you working for them.

    cheers
