Those figures sound good, Cheery, and McPeedie is beeyootiful :)

Ankle supports are less beautiful, but sometimes necessary for a marathon - take care!

Pah! To no milk. We had the same issue yesterday so I had to pick some up on my way home from my run. Got a few strange looks in Mr T as I stood there all sweaty! :rotfl:

Pah! Also to niggly ankle. I too would advocate rest but I think you've made a good call considering the run on Sunday!! are you nervous? I'm starting to get really nervous now and I'm only doing half of what you are doing

Where do we go for piccies of Mr Kojak McPeedie? *runs off to Pippi's diary in search of pics*

pics on the blog, not sure there's a link in profile any more so if you can't find them i'll figure out a way to stick one on here when i get chance! :D

Am i scared? i bit! :o more kicking myself for signing up in the first place, and annoyed at the amount of different family members i've agreed to visit, all in different houses (don't get me started on that ongoing issue!)

tiredy tired today. Work event in York - I unexpectedly ended up on the panel for the question and answer session

not home yet and got to go out again in less than an hour to a pal's cheery event - very nice but right now i could happily just go to sleep until tomorrow morning!

    Thanks all :j :j

Evening out was lovely :j Pretty tired now though :rotfl:

Been packing although I think I'll need to be more systematic in the morning - so far I've got race numbers (very important), fruit pastilles and 2 pairs of trainers. And some ibuprofen :rotfl:

Still, I've planned 3 different visits before getting to my mum's  and at some point need to figure out how to get the t shirt off my sister that I'm meant to be running in :rotfl:

    Right, bed I think!

Would have been a NSD but I chucked £3 donation in the pot at this event tonight - don't mind that though :)
