planning marriage without money and accomodation

  • You don't need to 'plan a marriage'. If you just want to get wed
it's a cheap and speedy option.
I think it's about £120 in total as browneyedbazzi said.
Takes two weeks in total. Bit of form filling but no hassle.
Frankly dressing up like a penguin and a fairy off the christmas tree doesn't always make for a good marriage anyhow ;)
If us females looked so good in full length white lace we'd wear it all the time !

You cant fund a wedding and accommodation with no money.

You need to find out how much you need for both, and save. It is the only way, save save save

I know what you are saying, it is very difficult these days, we saved for years for ours
The opposite of what you know...is also true

Wages change very quickly these days if you are laid off from your job. I will see the other responses. Purpose of the marriage is to live together. It is almost impossible these days.

Am I missing something? Do you get suddenly gain enough money to live together by getting married!?

Thanks for the very helpful responses, it is the time factor as well, girl aging etc.
May be they should move away from London and start somewhere new.
    Thank again.

If you both have accommodation at the moment - then one of you moves in with t'other .....simples!

BTW - does the g/f realise that her young b/f refers to her as "ageing"???

Might put a different complexion on whether there is a marriage or not!
