Had a brief catchup and seems not a lot of Champagne was to be had :(I am pleased yesterday is behind me as my day just got worse as the day progressed.Feeling sad on waking due to DH Anniversary then heard from my DSis Auntielala to say her DH had been rushed into hospital as they thought he had had another stroke:eek:thank goodness it turns out he had a urine infection but kept him in hospital on a drip of antibiotics. As the day progressed and deciding not to venture out I got a phone call to say my Uncle had died and although it was sort of expected it upset me due to how i was already feeling. My DS came round as he always does on DD anniversary and lite candles and whilst here we looked at the 10years Anniversary of facebooks video that they had composed for me and it was so lovely :Tand made me cry but this time because I was happy. So I ended my day feeling much better.
I apologise for such a long post but wanted to share my day thankyou x0 -
I'm not happy!! I did the quiz last night and had a very easy question - Where can you get a Big Mac? Great I thought, McDonalds, but one of the answers was All of these, and whenever you get this as an option it's always the right answer isn't it? I hadn't heard of the other places but thought that they must sell them too so I chose that answer. It was wrong, the answer should have been McDonalds.0

Talking of husbands do you remember the film Roadhouse where Patrick Swayze was a bouncer ... Well my hubby was just like that 30 years ago . As well as being a gymnast and with the royal ballet one time he was also a good fighter and could look after himself with martial arts. His brother owned a night club in the town and he was top bouncer
Good morning everyone .0 -

You don't need a barcode, the new ones don't have the stickers on.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Big hugs nannylala and thank you for updating us on your emotional day yesterday. Sounds very special with your DS.0

Formal apology from frequent.
Though I was contributing.
The bni sweat and sour tastes like crap.
Sorry folks.
No apologies needed in this household, DH enjoyed and the chicken pieces were generous and tasty, the mini spring rolls were ok too and for £1 a meal a great find thanks again.0 -

Good morning everyone .
He could write a book about all his life experiences lol. He was friends with Wayne Sleep, went on a date with Suzy Quattro, been in adverts and a film, knew lots of celebs , Norman Wisdom, David Essex, Leo Sayer, Sharron Davis, Patrick Mcgoohan and many more. He also used to drive the Duke of Westminster around now and again0
