Lovely new rads. Only problem is the boiler was playing up last night. Called BG out under contract, they are coming today and sod's law the boiler worked this morning.

I'm sure they will be ok for me. I intend to eat them after nights out on Fridays.

:rotfl: I always cook a Dr O pizza for hubby after his Friday/Sat night out - he reckons they taste fine then :rotfl:
  • Talking of Dr.O pizzas, i went through my voucher envelope...still using the cow envelope someone sent me (thanks for that lol) and realised I missed the Jan pizzas! I need to wake up! So roll on March for some freebies!

Had a brief catchup and seems not a lot of Champagne was to be had :(I am pleased yesterday is behind me as my day just got worse as the day progressed.Feeling sad on waking due to DH Anniversary then heard from my DSis Auntielala to say her DH had been rushed into hospital as they thought he had had another stroke:eek:thank goodness it turns out he had a urine infection but kept him in hospital on a drip of antibiotics. As the day progressed and deciding not to venture out I got a phone call to say my Uncle had died and although it was sort of expected it upset me due to how i was already feeling. My DS came round as he always does on DD anniversary and lite candles and whilst here we looked at the 10years Anniversary of facebooks video that they had composed for me and it was so lovely :Tand made me cry but this time because I was happy. So I ended my day feeling much better.
I apologise for such a long post but wanted to share my day thankyou x

Sorry to hear of your loss nanny. :A

Thanks for sharing your day with us, I am so glad it ended with you feeling much better and I hope your BIL improves quickly, UTI's can be such nasty things, remember when my mum had one, was such a shock to find her so incoherent but the antiobiotics soon did the trick. ;)

    Morning all

Not checked back since a brief lurk yesterday morning. Hope everyone is well and staying safe with this dreadful weather hitting us.
Had a horrid day yesterday broke a tooth, when for my second attempt at getting in the MRI scanner doped up to the eyes with diazepam and still had a panic attack and couldn't complete it:(
Earlier in the day popped in to Mr T's and the only 1p item we found was one of the Pental essential sets, well DH found it, he is getting good:D
Did pick up some Very Hungry Caterpillar Art sets large box 168 pieces SEL £10 scanned for £2.5 b/c 1508 and a smaller one SEL £4 scanned at £1 b/c4561 hth pics below (hopefully). Will have a little read back now see what I've missed.

Hugs Pasipha. Panic attacks are so horrible, isn't there anything they can do to reassure you/help relax you while you're there?

I never found diazepam very helpful for bigger panic attacks (just end up dopey and panicky), though helpful for milder anxiety
    Final cigarette smoked 02/01/18

I was thinking of turning the burgers back to mince to use in spag bols or chilli's.
Do you just crumble them back up or do you need a mincer? Not sure.
Going to give the bni chinese sweet and sour a whirl later hopefully that works.
    Happy shopping everyone x

I just use potatoe masher whilst burgers in frying pan. Hth
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

:rotfl:Back in the day......:rotfl: when I had a social life that didn't revolve around the monkeys I used to have those microwaveable chips....blob of ketchup, slice of bread and butter. They were ready before I'd finished taking my makeup off....
    Those were the days:)
