Mrs stinky glad your day went well. It so nice when people are helpful and friendly. I've got two grumps in my new office. Thought it was just me they didn't like but no, they are RUDE to lots of people. Fortunately I am only there once a week.

Thank-you to everyone who put up 1p items. Scanned loads in sweets the other day and 99% sure my store will be completely cleaned out but given that I have an hour before work it would be rude not to check thoroughly!

Massive hugs to your sister. I know exactly what she is going through. My firstborn DD had this and spina bifida. A scan picked it up and was immediately passed to fetal medicine who confirmed that the quality of life she would have would be minimal. I did get a second opinion before deciding to terminate but it was the hardest thing we had to do.
I did have to go through the birth process and she was born asleep. I don't tell many people the reason but i feel that it helps that your sister is not alone.
SANDS is a charity that helps you come to terms with what has happened and they really helped us in the beginning.
I think you will need to give her lots of support as I became very depressed after and felt guilty of what I had to do.
That was 6 and a half years ago and the pain has eased but there is never a day that goes by that I don't think of her.

Morning. I'll be doing skipping seeing as I've not really been on since Fri night.:o
Had some terrible news, my friend's 9 year old son died unexpectedly. He had severe cerebral palsy but this was a total bolt out of the blue for everyone, his mum and dad included. I think I'm still in shock about it The poor kid has battled all his life, had numerous operations on his legs and was in a wheelchair. It's heartbreaking.
