T mobile and ETC !!!
My T mobile contract minimal term (12 months) should end on 19/2/14..I gave my notice and they gave me the PAC code after a lot of hasstle and they sent me a letter with the PAC code stating that it is valid till 19/2/14. I had a bill earlier in January for £16 which is due for payment on 28/1 but today I found on my account another bill for January for £39 (for payment on 7/2) and when I looked further it included £21 early termination charge !!! but I am still with them!!!I was planning to pass the pac code to my new provider on 17/2 to avoid ETC but it looks like T mobile are hitting me regardless..What should I do?

Complain, then don't give t mobile any more business. There's a couple of other threads on this issue, t mobile trying to have their cake and eat it. Apparently you have to prepare for some lengthy angry phone calls with their delightful customer service but eventually the charge will be refunded.0
