Where do I start? Its going to be a costly year and I can see most of the jobs not getting done althought they are now desperate having had to put them off every year due to lack of funds.

Here is my list

replace guttering
replace garage roof
paint exterior walls & woodwork
new gates
new garage door
tidy driveway (lots of miss matched broken paving)
