    Definition of 'if it'

If we've got it you can have it, if we don't, you can't :)

sometimes called 'if it and toast' ;)
:rotfl: On Saturday we are having If It then :D

  • That's it exactly :)

Normally we all end up with something different. On Wednesday I had eggs DD had a sandwich and DS had beans...
We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy!

Need to get back to this,

    M - Veg Stir Fry
T - Veggie Sausage, Mash and beans
    W - Pasta Bolognese (veggie)
T - Bean Burgers and Waffles
    F - Treat possibly as it's payday!

I've done so well!! aside from swapping Wed and Thursday over I have stuck to the plan. Tonight instead of a treat we're even having Jacket potato and Beans as we've got it in the house! GO ME.

Will sit and plan the week ahead I think

Friday- Hm spicy battered chicken fillets with chips

A slight change of meal plan tonight. I had a cauliflower which was starting to wilt and a sorry looking leek so I made cauliflower and leek cheese to go with the spicy chicken fillets, they were lovely but I will be adding less cayenne pepper next time :)

Cut up a chicken breast in to strips. In a flat container add a tbsp of plain flour, tsp of cayenne pepper, you may want to half this, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Roll the chicken in it to coat and shallow fry for 6-9 minutes, it was really nice :)

  • I need to write my meal plan down for prosperity, or I just will fall spectacularly off the wagon.

Saturday: Brinner (fry up for dinner - now need a nap as it was so big)
Sunday: hairy bikers beef goulash and rice
Monday: chicken cordon bleu and chips with salad
Tuesday: Singapore beef stir fry and noodles
    Wednesday: LO of Singapore beef
    Thursday: sausage, mash and veggies
Friday: cheese and ham omlette with salad

I have a dance class on Tuesdays and swimming on Wednesdays so like to have something that doesn't take too long to prepare.
