This week's plan looks like this:

T - Same as Wed
F - Pulled pork rolls with creamed corn

I've got everything in for these, lunches will be whatever's knocking around in the back of the freezer or cupboard. I need to stop buying stuff and use what I have!
Have a good week everyone! x
Edit - Well so far the plan has gone comlpletely out of the window! I didn't have enough veg to to a stir fry on Tuesday, so the spaghetti got bumped up a day. Tonight was curry from the freezer, and I decided not to do the pulled pork this week, but save it for next weekend when we'll be busier. So the new plan:
F - Chinese turkey curry with rice, dumplings and sui mai
S - Paella
S - Pasta with chicken in creamy mushroom sauce
All meals are in the freezer / cupboard, so nice and easy!0
