Looks like it's 0.5% on the first £500 pm and 1% on the balance with Abbey:**Cashback is earned on card purchases only. Spend between £1 and £500 per month, and you'll earn cashback at a rate of 0.5% of spend. Once you've spent over £500 per month, all new spend will earn cashback at a rate of 1% of spend. Each month, the accumulated amount of cashback owed to you will be shown on your statement. The total amount of cashback accumulated in a single year will be credited in one amount on 1 December each year. Your annual cashback total will be credited to your Abbey Credit Card. The maximum annual amount of spend attracting cashback is £20,000.I am also intrigued by the BAA worldwide card... but cannot find it anywhere ? any links?0

A bit disappointing to see my card propping up the table.
I'm probably post rationalising madly here but the reason that I went for NatWest Black (and paid the fee) was the:
Annual worldwide travel insurance (worth c£100)
The european breakdown cover (value, I thought another c£100 ?)
The free airport lounge scheme
Any thoughts on if I'm in positive territory, value-wise?

That depends, did you use any of the freebies? If so the best we can guess is maybe. If you could have made more with cashback and bought these yourself then the answer is no. If you don't use them you are wasting money.0 -

The figures for the Tesco credit card should be:
Spend £100 at Tesco get £1.50 off in store or £6 in voucher deals.
Spend £100 elsewhere get 50p off in store or £2 in voucher deals..
You get 3 points for every £2 spent in Tesco and in the latest magazine, all the voucher deals are 75% saving (ie £1 voucher = £4 deal). If you also have a Tesco clubcard (loyalty card) you get a further 1 point per £1 spent in Tesco so using both the clubcard and credit card you can get 5 points per £2 spent in Tesco (2.5% reward or 10% reward in voucher deals).
..... Why haven't I got one ???0
