If you are offered a job by anyone, then you need to advise them of any illnesses/disabilities you have - failure to disclose can mean dismissal.
The Job Centre are obliged to take your health into account, in regards to anything they require you to do.

I thought you didn't have to disclose, but if you were fired due to a reason connected with your disability and hadn't disclosed it prior, you couldn't sue for unfair dismissal.Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -
