How often you have to go to WFI varies for each person. Mine are 6 monthly. Last one I was there for about 15minutes. Asked what I was doing and gave me information on permitted work. I am not being forced back into work, they seem to be offering advice, but again, it seems to vary.0

People views,on the wrag group,in my first interview fill in a cv,whic I said 'I'm not being funny after 14 years in employment if someone reads my cv,there going to ask what/why are you not still in that job' which I was told we won't put anything about your illness,I said that is not the right way of doing things ? Also sending me half way around my home town to a well being group when they know I'm not happy with being on my own especially out and about,
So just like people's views on there experience0 -

It sounds like they are trying to help you overcome the barriers you have identified. It is not a good idea to highlight your disability on your cv, let an employer know what you can do before explaining what you can't. A well being group will stretch you at first but is a great opportunity to take small steps forward - see the positives rather than the negative.
When you are ready to look for work, could the advisor look over your applications for you? Your English skills are quite poor, and likely to put an employer off.0 -

If you are offered a job by anyone, then you need to advise them of any illnesses/disabilities you have - failure to disclose can mean dismissal.
The Job Centre are obliged to take your health into account, in regards to anything they require you to do.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

CV is something you will need when applying for jobs (after all ESA WRAG is about doing work activity and preparing for when you go back to work) so it's quite standard and reasonable.
Do you feel you might benefit from the well being group, even taking into account the difficulty you face getting there and back?
If you feel on the other hand it's totally unreasonable then you can appeal or speak to your GP.
But honestly so far it doesn't sound to me like you've been asked to do anything totally unreasonable. I appreciate I do not live in your shoes however I mean no offence.0
