As always many thanks to replies, just need to know some more information, the letter that i received from the tribunal do i need to send this on to the dwp myself and where do i send this to ? same place as medical notes ?

The tribunal also send a copy to the DWP.
It is not a bad plan to call them in 10 days, to see when they get it.

Update, rang up dwp start of this week, was told the letter from the tribunal would take around right weeks to sort out and to ring back the second week of March, but received a letter this morning to attend a work related interview, which lasts up to one hour, anyone know more about this ? Surely they have my tribunal letter now,if they are writing about the interview, but still have not heard about anything else,

How long you have to wait for the DWP to sort out back dated benefits etc. Is very much dependent on their workload. I waited six weeks for the DWP to knowledge receipt of the tribunal notification, and a further twelve weeks for benefits to be backdated, that was in 2012 the backlog is probably even longer now.

They seem to be far quicker now; the sooner the appointments start the sooner the sanctions can begin.

If you don't go to the WFIs then they can sanction you.

It very much depends on your advisor. I only see him at the job centre but some are referred to the work programme.
