I think we should have, but I'll let you know. Just had a DVD go on Amazon so will just pop off to update my sig. I've had a really good day today, just hope it carries on into tomorrow!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0

Afternoon.
Made £56 at the car boot, which wasn't bad for my old junk! And I've had another sale on Amazon. So I've done really well this weekend.
Just need to tidy up and relax now. But the car boot was tiring and very very hot, so I'm a little sunburnt!!

No not everything, but I'm going to take the few bits that are left to the charity shop. They have had their chance to sell for me, someone else can have a go now!
That and I can't face another car boot. It was very hot today!!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
I know.... I'm in Oxfordshire, and it was absolutely ROASTING today..... lovely for chilling in the gardem with a cold glass of wine.... perhaps this is our bit of summer!?
I just made another £4.80 profit MBing, as u can tell, I'm one of the big winners  Still got some bets on, plus £65 sat in the bookies acc til the match finishes. Up to £593 now (and 122p according to my sig!):o
Still got some stuff on eBay, but it must be finishing fairly soon, must remember to check!

I love those pennies! I had a few of them the other day.
I've never tried matched betting. Sounds a little to complicated. Wiltshire was a bit hot today... I had factor 50 on (I burn really easily) and I am still a little bit pink.
But we shouldn't complain, it's nice to see the sun for once.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Hello all,
Monday morning (well, it was before!) and I'm feeling all motivated thanks to Lucy's continuing momentum! Well done on the car boot - £56 isn't bad for a morning's "work" (er.. sitting in the sun eating ice creams??)
I've been having a think about how plausible this challenge is for me, and I'm afraid I'm resigned to the fact that the OD is going to go up before it goes down. I'm going on hols on the 16th, a fairly moneysaving one at my friend's parents' 2nd home in France, but she's paid for the flights and I haven't given her the money yet. I also want to put some stuff on ebay but can't really do that until I get back as I won't be here to post the stuff out. So things aren't great, but I'm hoping from September onwards things will really come together. I'm perservering with the spending diary and can already see where my money goes... snacks! Will have to stock up on fruit in the supermarket and avoid the shops at lunchtime! I get paid weekly at the moment, so it might look as though I've already paid a chunk off but I haven't - that'll soon be gone!
Had my first NSD, possibly ever, yesterday but then remembered today about a band I'm going to see in the autumn-my friend got the tix but I haven't given him the money yet, so have popped a cheque in the post today. My little car is going for its MOT today too, it's 12 years old so I think it will probably fail, i just hope it won't cost too much to sort. The car's only worth about £450 so I don't want to have to spend loads, but at the same time I don't want a new one either! Keep your fingers crossed for me!
That's about it, I just wanted to get into the habit of posting to keep me motivated!
Hope everyone else is going ok xxWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
keeping my fingers crossed for you.
Just make sure you enjoy your holiday and don't feel guilty about it.
For reference I would like to point out we were not sitting but standing as we could fit seats in the car and it was far to hot to sit in the car!! the ice creams were lovely though!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
You'd have had deck chairs if you were a seasoned car booter!!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0
