I completely agree, but then I imagine they don't know what members got what, or they would have contacted people by now probably.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I know this won't be much comfort to those who've been waiting a while for their vouchers, but I can at least confirm that they're still paying out. I got my £20 voucher today, 3 days after claiming it. Hope everyone who's waiting gets something soon.0

Dear dooyooers,
After careful consideration and much thought, we decided to discontinue the Cash and Charity redemption options with immediate effect. In case you have any questions please contact us at dooyooteam@dooyoo.co.uk

Posted on Facebook 1 hour ago. Presumably Amazon is still available but I'm not even going to bother logging in to check to be honest.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Well that's definitely sounded a death knell, lots of angry people on their Facebook page complaining about it at the moment.
Anyone know who at MSE HQ should be contacted about updating the main pages? DooYoo is still on here;

At the very least it should be updated to say that they only give out Amazon vouchers, although I think DooYoo should be removed from that guide completely as it's certainly not top paying anymore.0 -
By the sounds of it they aren't paying full stop. What about contacting the guide on this thread?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I also haven't been paid - requested £60 vouchers in August and was told I couldn't have it as there was a problem and I was overpaid miles (but I don't think I was, as I'd been saving up). I was told I couldn't claim until they corrected it but when I log in now my miles are less than £10 which is ridiculous. I messaged them a few times and was ignored. I don't write on DooYoo any more!0

Hi, I'm pretty new to Dooyoo (and MSE - new everywhere!) and have just had a problem. I spent ages writing a review, definitely logged in as me as I'd checked my miles but when I submitted it it was attributed to a different user. I've contacted Dooyoo through the 'contact' on the website but does anyone have any experience of getting something like this resolved?
Feeling very miffed! Thanks.0 -

Dont bother with Dooyoo as it's on its way out.Your biggest asset is TIME! I'm focused on multi-generational financial freedom.0 -

I was on the other side of this problem, someone posted a review that ended up under my account.
I reported it on DooYoo's facebook page, pointing out that it was a potential data protection issue, and they asked me to email them. I emailed and their only response was to tell me to change my password, even though I pointed out that I had never given my password out to anyone and it was obviously not that someone had logged in to my account, but that DooYoo's own coding had got something wrong.
Potential data protection issues can be reported to someone, I THINK it's the ICO, but since DooYoo is based in Germany I don't think the ICO would be able to do anything about it.0 -
Some of the stuff on this page alone makes for really horror-show reading, but I just wanted to pop back to report that i had earned and been paid £20 Amazon on the site over the past week and a bit. I decided to have a go, writing 4 or 5 reviews each day and see if it worked in time to earn some vouchers for Christmas. I rattled up the miles writing mostly level 1 & 2 reviews, claimed on Sunday and was paid on Thursday.
I havent given it the time I used to, I have returned ratings but nothing more than that, so it has been a worthwhile week for me, and I wanted to report if anyone needed any urgent extra Christmas money it *could* be worth a try.
I was prepared to risk a week of writing to see if it worked and for me it did.0
