    Finally!!!

    I have my £50!!!

Ok so it's not a £50 BACS amount but after being so fed up I emailed and requested a £50 Amazon amount. I did this yesterday and today I have the email with the code!

Yeah I haven't been on it at all apart from redeeming my £50 so yeah I've escaped it now. The £50 Amazon is sat in my account ready for me to use. I'm so glad I got that, I use Amazon quite regularly so it will go to good use.

As I haven't been on the sure much since it's redesign I don't know how easy or difficult it is in posting things? If you are at £15 I would say stick at it and try to get to £20 so you can get your £20 Amazon code but only if it's worth doing. If it's taking you hours to post one article then probably best just to leave it :)

It's so frustrating because I loved Dooyoo and I had absolutely no issues with the old site at all. I find myself quite lost without it at times especially with products I want to buy and need a review on :(

I'd stick with it until you reach the £20 though it seems to take forever to get any money on Dooyoo these days. You don't seem to get any DM's for posting reviews and only a few when you get a rating, and with my reviews averaging 15 reads, I'll be there a while to get my £7 up to £20!

Woohoo, I'm sure you're glad to finally have your money but a pain that Dooyoo treated you so appallingly. However, they don't seem to care very much about anything since the relaunch whereas before it was a very well run site.

It seems that others are having the same issues as me...

I've not been on DooYoo for about 6/7 months or so. I thought I'd check it out over the summer holidays as I actually have a bit of time to write some reviews again, but the site is so different. I can't figure out how to use it. I don't like it. :(

I've also got 1200 miles expired and 2500 about to expire. I've only got just over 10,000 redeemable miles so only half way to cashing out for Amazon vouchers. If I can't figure out how to use the site then I'm not going to earn any more! Tis a shame. I liked the old layout and enjoyed writing reviews. And I'm not gonna lie... saving up my Amazon vouchers came in useful at Christmas.

So I dunno what to do. Continue trying to figure it out... Though lots of people seem to not like it either, and it sounds like it's far harder to earn miles than before. I can't cash out at just over 10,000 miles. I can cash out for a charity which is far better than my miles going to waste, but I can't even work out how to do that!!!

Cashed out 20000 dooyoo miles about 2 weeks ago, now being continuously fobbed off with "extra miles were added to your account, we need to work out how many and are having some technical problems, can't issue voucher until this is resolved".

Feel so annoyed with them  :( Have tweeted them and emailed them and having read this thread I have tweeted the CEO of leguide - will see what happens.

Very sad all around, I loved dooyoo :(

Just logged in myself for the first time in ages, realised am at 18500 points so want to see if I can get myself up to the £20 and cash out - am sure when I looked straight after the change over I was at a much lower figure.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I'm surprised they even noticed they gave out extra miles. I just took mine as a golden handshake and said goodbye!

Dooyoo is dire and I will never go back!

They didnt reply to my last e-mail and my last two tweets to dooyoo and leguide director are now not on my Twitter page. I have emailed them again. I don't think they actually did give out extra miles, I think they were mine to cash out. I'm not letting it go! I'm so mad at them. How very sad, it used to be such a fab site!

Anyone got any suggestions how I might get my vouchers or are they a lost cause?
