unsigned credit agreement with isme

Today I received my credit agreement from isme and it appears to be blank.
I set up the account with them in march 2006 but have only used about 3 times and now are having problems, to cut story short..... I sent back items back to them in December 2012 and they got lost so I sent them my original receipt so they could make a claim as they asked and then was told cos the post office never gave me one with a barcode on I would have make a claim myself and have been telling them since beginning of 2012 I could not as they had my receipt and to this day still have it. now they are charging me for these items and over the top charges for not paying. I was told that because of this fact I am not liable to pay as never signed any agreement??? I am just not willing to pay for items I returned using there returns service.
All advice most welcome
